I can't remember how long this shelter has been in this place. What I can remember is that this place used to be an open space with a huge fire hydrant (about 6 feet tall) with a small faucet-like opening that you can open anytime whenever you want to take a bath. I believe the fire hydrant is still there (maybe inside the house) but not sure if it still working.
Until now I'm still trying to find out what Mang Bading's real name is.
